THIS HIGH INTENSITY DANCE WORKOUT INVIGORATES.
Class begins with a flow built from the belief that changing your posture can change how you feel. The opening movement brings a feeling of positivity and awakening into the whole body. Next we enter into a cardio burst inspiring your feet to move as fast and they can while adding a burn for the arms — this is a fat blaster!
And it is a blast!
Then through a ballerina created strengthening routine build long lean muscles.
Last but not least: Get bendy!
This is an intermediate/advanced workout however ALL of my classes can be modified for the less advanced students. No ballet training or knowledge required.
Attire: Sneakers, pilates mat, water bottle – colorful workout outfit encouraged.
