Maybe it’s time for your company to reinvent. Or you’re embarking on the exciting challenge of expansion.
Perhaps you’ve hit a plateau or have lost the spark.
I’ve lived all of this, time and time again.
I started my first ballet company at 19 in New York City — it failed.
The second try began on my 25th birthday — in 2010 at a time of financial crisis, in Los Angeles, a city historically unable to sustain a ballet company. It began with an ensemble consisting of me and my dance partner Zsolt and about $2,000. Over the course of a decade I lead ACB to become a company of 20 dancers, a 70 performance season, a $1.2M budget, a repertory presenting masterworks and new repertory and the placement as being the only ballet company in LA performing exclusively to live music.
I did not graduate from college. I’ve learned it all through experience AND the immense help of incredible mentors. I’m a student of those who’ve done and those who can help me see around myself — past my blind spots. It’s the blind spots that will gobble you up.
My key areas of expertise consist of the following…
· MISSION & VISION STATEMENTS
· INNOVATIVE MARKETING
· CREATING THE SPECIAL EXPERIENCE
/ UNIQUE VENUES
· ORGANIZATIONAL CONNECTEDNESS
Send me an email & explain what’s up … then we’ll go from there!
I bill hourly or by the project depending on each unique situation.
My goal is to exhilarate & facilitate blossoming.
“NO MATTER HOW LONG HER DAY MAY BE, IT’S A DREAM COME TRUE FOR THERESA FARRELL TO HAVE CHASED HER GOALS AND GAINED IMMENSE SUCCESS WHILE DOING IT. AND DESPITE THE COMPANY’S RECOGNITION AND PRAISE, SHE PROBABLY WOULD HAVE CHASED HER PASSION EVEN IF IT HAD NOT BEEN AS SUCCESSFUL.”
